Refund & Returns — DAIRY

We want you to feel confident in every piece you get from DAIRY. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Some items can’t be returned:

• Earrings

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check it over, we’ll let you know.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs aren’t refundable.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, we’ll replace it.
Just reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect when it arrived.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something shows up wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.
